A particular company function, which reports directly to the Chairman and CEO, is responsible for CSR.
From 2012 to 2019 the function was assisted by the Indicator Group, the middle manager and executive group of the main company departments and Group Companies, who all contributed to the preparation of the Sustainability Report and stakeholder engagement activities. The Group also successfully handled the generational change process.
At the end of 2019 Rekeep started on a new sustainability pathway, Rekeep Beyond.
The twofold objective of this project is to reinforce corporate culture and awareness and to prepare proposals and practical measures for further emphasizing Rekeep’s commitment to this theme and creating shared value. It has involved a group of employees who have first undertaken a targeted qualifying training course – also thanks to the contribution from sustainability experts and best practice examples - and have then developed reflections and concrete proposals – addressed in two dedicated papers - on a specific area identified by top management. Rekeep Beyond has first focused on climate change.
