Market Abuse Regulation, 2016

Starting from July 3, 2016, Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A. (“Company”) will be subject to and will comply with the new EU market abuse regime (Directive 2014/57/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 ( “MAR”) and relevant implementing measures).

Therefore, all information and documents to be provided to the public by the Company pursuant to the MAR will be freely and publicly available on the Investor Relations area of the Company’s website.
