The Rekeep Group acquires 65% of the French company Pose Service
The Group consolidates its positioning and enters the hard facility management sector in France
The Rekeep Group announces the acquisition, through its subsidiary Rekeep France, of a stake concerning a 65% interest in the share capital of the French company Pose Service, which is active in facility maintenance, and in the installation of advertising signs and billboards, with a focus on the transport sector.
Pose Service offers a full range of hard facility management services in all areas of advertising, providing the installation of advertising signs, billboards, window graphics, and totems, as well as the provision of ancillary works and electrical maintenance. Founded over 45 years ago, the Company, which can count on major customers such as Métrobus Ile-de-France, Mediagares, RATP, and SNCF, recorded revenues of over Euro 4 million in 2024, with approximately 50 employees.
Thanks to its recognized expertise in services associated with transport and mobility, Pose Service is today a major player in the sector, operating across the entire Île-de-France metropolitan system, covering more than 350 stations, in the main SNCF railway stations of Île-de-France, as well as on trams lines, and on certain lines in other French regions.
The acquisition of a majority stake of Pose Service allows the Rekeep Group via its French affiliate Rekeep France, to take position in the hard facility management and thus intervene in the operation of facilities and their maintenance for stations, hospitals, and large real estate complexes in general.
The new acquisition is strategic for Rekeep, confirming the Group's growth and development at the international level, which now generates about 25% of the consolidated turnover. This development is the result of both organic growth (public and private tenders) and external growth with acquisitions of a majority stake in local companies with specific know-how in Facility Management and led by highly-regarded managers in each country.
Caroline Toubart, the Company's founder, will remain as CEO and significant shareholder of Pose Service with a remaining share of 35%, taking care of the Company's business development in synergy with Helder de Magalhaes, also General Manager of Rekeep France. Federico Gandino will instead take on the role of Chairman of the Company.
